SMS Terms, Consent & Opt-Out

1. About our SMS program

Hanging360 LLC sends text messages (SMS/MMS) to customers who provide their mobile number and expressly opt in. Messages relate to appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, technician arrival notifications, customer support replies, billing and payment notifications, and occasional promotional offers when separately authorized.

Sample messages

• "Hanging360: Your TV mounting appointment is confirmed for Tue, 10:00 AM. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help."
• "Hanging360: Your technician Cesar is on the way and will arrive in about 20 minutes. Reply STOP to unsubscribe."
• "Hanging360: Your invoice #1043 is ready. View and pay: https://www.hanging360.com. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help."

2. Consent language

By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box, you agree to receive SMS, MMS, WhatsApp, in-app and iMessage communications from Hanging360 LLC at the number provided, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for assistance. Consent is not a condition of purchase of any goods or services.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Mobile information is used only to deliver the messages you requested and is shared solely with our messaging service provider as needed to transmit them.
