The User acknowledges and agrees that AI-generated responses, recommendations, estimates, scheduling suggestions, communications, and other outputs may contain inaccuracies, omissions, errors, misunderstandings, or outdated information. AI-generated content is provided for informational and operational convenience purposes only and should not be considered professional, legal, financial, insurance, engineering, construction, safety, or technical advice.

By using the Services, the User understands and accepts that any decisions made based on AI-generated content are made at the User's own discretion and risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hanging360, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, agents, licensors, technology providers, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or other damages arising from or related to the use of, reliance upon, or inability to use any AI-generated output, recommendation, communication, decision, automation, or system-generated action.

The User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hanging360, its affiliates, owners, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, demands, actions, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from the User's use of AI-assisted features, reliance upon AI-generated information, or misuse of the Services.

Nothing in this section shall limit any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

12. SMS Communications

When you voluntarily provide your mobile phone number and opt in to receive SMS communications, Hanging360 may send text messages related to your account and requested services: appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, technician arrival notifications, customer support, billing and payment reminders, service follow-ups, and occasional promotional offers (only if you have opted in).
